That’s impossible. I can’t do it. I’m too scared.
In challenging situations, we tell ourselves the same negative stories, time and time again. So much so that we paralyse ourselves from taking action.
But here’s a hard truth - the only person who’s stopping you, is you.
Over the last few years, I’ve been working hard to squash those negative thoughts. Manage that imposter syndrome. Rewrite the narrative in my own mind.
Whether that’s in teaching, delivering training sessions or speaking engagements, I’ve worked to find a way through.
The hardest experience was the first time I tried to swim the English Channel, and I failed. Or, as I like to call it today, I had ‘unfinished business’.
So the second time, I researched behaviour and resilience strategies that would help me swim all twenty-one miles.
It’s all about accessing the right information, the right expertise and the right people who can take you from a negative, fearful mindset to a resilient, focused and determined one.
Break down the barriers in your mind and understand the small steps you can take to get to where you want to be.
And now that business is finished, I want to help you do the same.
Working in business or education, entrepreneurship and even your personal life comes with unique challenges. Challenges we’re often unprepared to tackle or anxious we cannot overcome. Dreams we believe are too big for us to achieve.
Whether your biggest challenge is resilience, improving the behaviour of children and young people, having tricky conversations, or let’s face it life in general. I can deliver for you a successful, interactive and personalised event full of high energy and relevance.
